Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your Clubmeno membership fee covers all your visits for one year. We do not accept insurance and there are no additional co-pays or charges for your virtual visits or communication with your physician. We do not contract with insurance companies but can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance provider.

We unfortunately cannot see medicare-eligible patients (patients 65 years or older).

  • Clubmeno is not in the pharmacy or drug distribution business. However, since we use FDA-approved “bioidentical” hormone therapy, oftentimes your medications will be covered through insurance.  We work with you to find the best cost for medications. Your membership includes the cost of labs for the year through Labcorp. If you prefer a different lab facility, we can bill your insurance. Imaging is not included.

  • We care for women through their hormone transitions, from perimenopause to postmenopause. Not feeling like yourself, brain fog, sleep disturbances, weight gain, mood changes, hot flashes, fatigue, decreased libido, weight gain etc- these can be indicators of hormone shifts and we are here to help.

Our practice is designed for women seeking a personalized, comprehensive approach to menopause and musculoskeletal health. Our focus goes beyond medicine-we value education in nutrition, fitness, and your overall wellbeing. If you want to be proactive about your preventative health and long term health goals, we welcome you to join the club.

We unfortunately cannot see Medicare-eligible patients (patients 65 years and older).

  • While our practice is primarily telemedicine, we do have an office location in Little Elm, TX for members who are interested in being seen in-person. Members being seen for musculoskeletal issues will need to be seen in person.

  • Absolutely, please email us at Hi@ClubMeno.com for details.

  • We know that hormones can affect all parts of our health and body. Whether it is a UTI, thyroid dysregulation, changes in weight or mood,  we take a compassionate, science-driven approach and evaluate both symptoms and comprehensive lab results to create a care plan to address each concern.

A key focus of our practice is musculoskeletal health, which is often one of the most overlooked aspects of menopause, yet it directly impacts strength, mobility, and recovery. For members seen in our Little Elm office, more targeted, individualized care may be recommended when appropriate. This can include a defined course of treatment designed to restore function and improve outcomes, provided seperately from the core membership.

We truly believe in the Whole Woman approach-optimizing nutrition, fitness, thyroid function, sleep, mental health, sexual wellness, bone and brain health. We always encourage patients to have consistent follow up with their primary care physician and gynecologist as well.

  • Currently we are accepting patients in Texas. If you don’t live in TX but are interested in joining, please email us at hi@clubmeno.com and let us know where you live so we can hopefully expand to your state soon.

  • The first initial consultation can take about an hour, but we don’t rush if you feel like you need more time. The first visit is spent getting an extensive history to clarify your diagnosis, ordering necessary labs and imaging, curating a care plan that is unique to you, including hormone therapy, if appropriate.  We partner with your primary care physician and gynecologist to ensure you receive coordinated, whole-woman care. You are welcome to self-schedule the follow-up appointments through the patient portal to ensure your care plan is working well for you and to make adjustments as needed.

  • Since we are a concierge practice, we can provide extensive care to fewer patients, which means less wait time overall.  Appointments are usually available within the week.

  • Your nonrefundable annual membership fee is collected in full prior to your first consultation visit.  A minimum of one year allows you to collaborate with your physician in detail for a more integrative approach to your midlife care.

  • Finding a great doctor is like dating, we feel that a lot of it has to do with personality compatibility and communication style. Interested in seeing if we click? Schedule a 15-minute complimentary “speed date” session here.
